We had a really nice time. We booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making facilities. The good service and the attention to detail! Location: the hotel was just next door to area restaurants and Jordan Creek mall, and many restaurant options and a great trail for running. A cool bonus was nearby Auntie Anne's, that offered tea and coffee.

We loved the hotel's great location in the West Des Moines area. It was very close to area restaurants, making it convenient for us to dine out. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also top-notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we made good use of the shuttle service they offered. Additionally, the pool area was clean and had a smaller pool for younger children.

I should of read the fine print when I discovered I had to pay for our breakfasts.I thought breakfast was included in the price.And by reserving a room through Booked.net,I couldn't use my Government employee discount or any other discounts.I could of saved even MORE money and paid a LOT less.Reserving through the hotel next time.

The hotel was located in a convenient area close to restaurants and a mall. The bar and restaurant were very serviceable, providing a good menu. the hotel was situated in a suburban area with a great neighborhood atmosphere and was quick to get downtown. The clean and spacious rooms had comfortable beds.

Although our room was spacious and comfortable, we unfortunately experienced an unpleasant smell of stale cigarette smoke.

The pools were enjoyable, and the rooms were pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was a convenient perk. The pool area was tidy with a separate section for smaller children. The food from the Garden Grill was tasty, and breakfast was satisfying.

The hotel's events center was impressive, and the food at the reception was delicious. The breakfast the next morning was worth the price, with a tasty buffet and cooked-to-order options. The online check-in and speedy check-out were seamless. I had a great experience at Hilton Garden and would highly recommend it. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Christmas holidays were wonderful at this hotel. The complementary breakfast was impressive with fresh fruits, juices, eggs, oatmeal, breads. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall and many great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

One downside was the confusing placement of elevators which required us to traverse multiple corridors. Also, the room we stayed in had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being labeled as non-smoking.
